Request a new customer portal link
Use this page if the customer portal link from your activation email has expired or is no longer available.
Email confirmation required
If a matching subscription exists, a new customer portal link is sent to the email address associated with that subscription. The form does not reveal whether a subscription exists.
What the link does
The emailed link first leads through Avensio and then creates a short-lived Stripe customer portal session.
In the portal, you can manage payment methods, billing details and subscription settings available there.
For cancellation, you can also use the separate cancellation function on this website.
